Why Switch To A Monthly Membership?

Recently, we have added some new membership options here at SHIFT with the goal of not only growing the business and our fitness community, but also to help members achieve the maximum benefit from their workout regimen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Many group fitness programs target a specific goal, and to be effective may need to be combined with other programs to get the benefit of a full body workout.  Cycle classes are great for cardio, yoga strengthens and stretches muscles, weight training helps to build muscle, etc.  Our classes are different because they offer a full body workout in each class that are effective as a stand alone program.  You don’t need to do anything else to maximize your fitness potential.  Combined with the benefits of the spring floor, which is much gentler on your body than a traditional gym surface, this means you can workout more and get in shape faster without doing damage to your body.

Our SHIFT classes are also designed to be smaller and more intimate.  It is not a huge studio and we personally interact with every person who comes in to workout with us.  At SHIFT you have the benefit of personal training in a group setting that can be modified and individualized to fit your needs in every class.  Our workouts are dynamic, combining strength training and cardio so that you get the maximum benefit of every hour that you spend in the studio.  The spring floor challenges your stabilizing muscles, adding an extra layer of physical demand on your body.  The classes are challenging,  but anything that is going to really effect change should be sometimes difficult.

So, why is a monthly membership the best way to maximize the benefits of SHIFT?  It’s very simple -commitment.  When you sign up for a monthly membership the way our program is structured you are committing to at least 3 months of a training regime.  That three months will make you a believer.  Studies have shown that making a short term financial commitment can actually incentivize people to workout when they otherwise would not.  Also, there is accountability to other members of the community.  When you join SHIFT as a member, you are joining a fitness family that supports and motivates each other.  We help each other stick to our goals.  This is much different than making a commitment to go for a run, or to piece together a workout at multiple studios. SHIFT becomes your tribe.
