Upcoming Fitness Events In The Los Angeles Area

Have you ever thought of competing in a fitness event?  From walking a 5K to doing an obstacle course, if you find the right level of competition for you it can be a motivating and satisfying experience.  Below is a list and descriptions to the fitness events coming to the Los Angeles area soon:

Crossfit Competitions:  CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
